Summer has officially begun, and we would like to encourage every one of our members to get outside and spend some time in the sun! The Vitamin D Council recommends safe, sensible sun exposure as the primary source of vitamin D. Just remember, if your shadow is shorter than you are, you’re making vitamin D!
So go ahead and safely soak up those rays! Send us your summertime pictures. Share with us your favorite way to stay cool as you beat the heat.
